As a rental agent, we have been providing accommodation for expats in several regions in the west of the country for more than 10 years. Due to the high demand for housing for expats and other business tenants, we as an expat broker are always looking for new houses and apartments in our offer.

We are transparent in our working method and advise you to whom the property can best be rented out. We think it is important that you have a good feeling about the tenant and that you can enter into the agreement without any worries. In addition, we inform you about the market situation, yield optimization and we make an inventory of the desired tenant profile.
By outsourcing the renting out of your home, we ensure that you do not have to worry about finding a tenant according to the most recent legal rules. Successfully letting a home requires knowledge of tenancy law, the rental market and a network of renting companies and relocation agencies.
At the start of the rental period, we thoroughly inspect the property together with the tenant and landlord. This means that we draw up an inspection report containing an accurate description of the condition of the home. This is described in text as well as portrayed with photos. In addition, the meter readings are recorded. This way there can never be any doubt about the condition of the house.
At check-out, the tenant must return the house in a comparable condition. Dutch Brickx supervises both the initial and the final inspection. During the final inspection, it is assessed whether the house is in a comparable condition, so that the tenant can get his deposit back. The tenant and landlord must both agree and sign the check-out report that also includes the meter readings.

We aim to register your home within our network within 24 hours. As soon as the home can be found on all platforms, it is certainly not inconceivable for landlords at this attractive time that your home may already be rented out sooner than you expect. You may also need to be a little more patient. It remains difficult to indicate in advance how quickly your home will be rented out. In most cases this depends on how current the house is, the number of square meters, rent, location, possible parking options, facilities and macro-economic situation.
Yes! Ultimately, it is a lease between the tenant and the landlord. Our role is to pre-select the right tenant based on the information provided by candidates. Then we plan viewings and feed back the feedback from the candidates to you. Candidates who then want to rent provide their information so that we can screen for identity, creditworthiness, income and tenant history. We will discuss the outcome with you as a landlord and then you decide whether you want to enter into an agreement with this candidate.
That depends on the wishes of you as a landlord. We adjust the rental contract accordingly within the legal frameworks. The Dutch Brickx broker can advise you what the options are in your case. In most cases we rent out temporarily for a period ranging from six months to 5 years.

In a general sense, it can be said that a deposit of one month's rent applies to upholstered homes and a deposit of two months's rent applies to furnished homes. However, there may be situations that require an adjusted arrangement.
As we are transparent in the entire rental process, we are also transparent about the costs. For renting out a home, we charge 1 month's rent excluding VAT as brokerage.
Chances are that you do not know the new occupant (s) of your home. We are looking for a suitable tenant within the Dutch Brickx network. This candidate will be invited for a viewing and introduced to you. After introduction and research by Dutch Brickx about the background of the candidate, you decide whether you want to enter into an agreement with this tenant. Given our relationships, there is a good chance that an expat from an international company will become the tenant of your home.
